First and foremost, our goal is 100% customer happiness.
- Any art that arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage from shipping is replaced immediately at no charge and you don’t need to send it back to us. All we ask is that you keep the packaging and send us a few pics of the damage so we can file a claim with the shipper.
- Don’t like your art? Honestly, it’s extremely rare a custom is unhappy with their art. That said, all orders do come with a 30 day happiness guarantee. While we can’t offer money back guarantees for the art we produce, we’ll replace your art with a different photo or material if you’re not happy.
- You are responsible for sending your order back to us, packaged carefully in its original packaging to ensure there is no damage. Once we receive the art in good condition, we’ll produce the replacement and ship out at no cost.
- If you want a replacement that is higher in cost we will need to charge the difference.
